Returns
All sales are final. We will issue store credit on a case by case basis. Please contact us at hello@shopwildflowerhandmade.com if you have any further questions.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@shopwildflowerhandmade.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.
Turnaround Time: Orders will be ready for local pickup or shipped within 10-21 business days beginning the day after your order is placed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. There are times when circumstances can happen delaying our regular turnaround time. If this happens, we will always be in contact with you regarding options. If you need your order by a specific date, please reach out ahead of time to make us aware and see if we're able to accommodate a rush order.
Preorders: On average preorders take up to six weeks but this is subject to change and can take a total of ten weeks to arrive. Store credit will not be issued until after ten weeks.
